On Sunday mornings, the community of Outreach Red Bank is gathered by God for worship. We worship because God is worthy of our praise and our lives, and because we believe that God gathers us in worship so that God may speak to us. It is God’s speaking to us that builds us up, makes us who we are, and sends us back into the world to carry on with the work that He has given us.
It takes work for the worship service to happen every week, and it is this work that the worship ministry takes part in. This involves setting up every Sunday, welcoming in whoever comes, leading in silence and prayer, and doing everything else that needs to be done on Sunday mornings. It is the work of these people who facilitate the worship of the entire community. This is great work! If you’d like to be involved in this, contact Matt Agresti and he will help you out.
Included in this ministry, is the awesome work of our musicians. They put in their creativity, energy, gifts, talents, and time in order to facilitate the praise of God in the congregation. They’ve taken it upon themselves to record some of the music that is written for and performed on Sunday mornings. Check out the music page for more information.
